Support Monica's Recovery After Horrible Accident

My sister Monica was in a horrific car accident on 12/17. She was on her way home when a driver went across the median onto the other side of the highway and hit Monica head on going 70mph. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance and they found that she has a broken ankle, clavicle, and sternum. Her ankle requires surgery to fix.

Anyone who knows Monica knows that she is always putting others before herself. Right now she is the primary caregiver of both our parents - our mom who has been battling cancer for almost 3 years and our dad who has a severe hernia, both are unable to work. She is looking at a recovery time of 6-8 weeks after she has surgery.

It is unclear if the other driver had insurance at the moment but Monica is now without a car and a phone. She will also be off work for an undetermined amount of time. Anything donated here will go straight to Monica to help with medical bills and getting a new car if the other driver doesn’t have insurance. Otherwise, it’ll be used on monthly bills until she can get back on her feet. Thank you in advance!
