Support Monica's Nursing Education Journey

Hi everyone,

My name is Monica. I am a first-generation nursing college student. I am reaching out for support to cover the remainder of my tuition of $600 for the semester. The remainder of my tuition has been a financial strain as a student. Thankfully, my work ethic has helped me to get passing grades. Working fewer hours to focus on my studies has cut me short on finances.

Nursing has always been close to my heart. I know what it is like to face difficulty in one’s health as I was once in the hospital as a patient, faced pregnancy difficulty, and lost my newborn son in the NICU. My experience has made me resilient and more compassionate to those who will face hardship with their health.
