Support Monica's Fight Against Cancer! #beastmode

Monica Brezina is an incredible woman. She is strong, passionate, loving, determined, creative, and so much more. She is a coach (F45), a mom to two awesome boys, a wife, a daughter and an amazing friend.

So many of you have reached out wanting to show your love and support for Monica, and her family, as she embarks on her battle against cancer...AGAIN! This Go Fund Me was created as an opportunity to join her army, gather around her, and show her she is not alone in this fight.

As most of you know, Monica recently received the news that her breast cancer has returned. Although this news was unexpected and extremely hard to swallow, Monica is determined to FIGHT!

Monica was originally diagnosed with Breast Cancer back in 2016 and, after a tough battle, she BEAT it!!! A couple of months ago, she started having some pain in her back and lung. The pain persisted for a few weeks so she made an appointment to get it checked out. That is when the doctors discovered fluid on her left lung as well as a few abnormal spots. Several tests and scans later, the diagnosis was confirmed...cancer. The PET scan showed cancer in her sternum, both collar bones, lymph nodes around her lung and in her left pelvis.

Although this was not good news, it wasn't all bad. The cancer is slow growing with no large tumors. It is not in her brain or liver, and her oncologist is not recommending radiation at this point as there is hardly any in her bones!!! Praise the Lord! Right now the plan is to do 6 rounds of chemo, each round lasting 3 weeks. Currently, this is scheduled to start Thursday, February 9 and end mid-June, just in time for her, and her husband Ben, to celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary!!!!
