Support for Monica Pantoja

Monica Pantoja, a beloved family member, is facing an unimaginable loss after the tragic death of her husband, Palo Pantoja, who drowned while swimming at Lake Sam Rayburn last Thursday. Palo was an amazing man who took great pride in being the breadwinner for his family so Monica could stay home and care for their boys, Heath, Aaron, and Kyson. In a single moment, Monica and her children lost a devoted husband, father, and provider, and they are now trying to navigate the heartbreak and uncertainty that come with such a sudden loss. Palo was much loved by his family and community, and as a family and community, many are grieving alongside Monica and feeling the weight of this heartbreaking loss with her.

On top of grieving Palo, Monica is also dealing with health issues from being in the lake for so long and needs time to recover. This fundraiser will help ease the burden of funeral expenses and daily living costs as Monica and the boys work to get back on their feet and find a way forward without Palo.
