My mother in law, Mona Romaine, suffered a brain bleed stroke several months ago and has been in the hospital and rehab facilities for well over a month now. She is unable to afford the 24/7 care she needs that only a skilled nursing facility can provide, so she will be coming home at the end of this week where we will do our best to care for her. She only has social security to survive on so we are raising funds so we can provide additional home health care. She is most proud of having been a psychiatric nurse in the Baton Rouge area, a long time member of the Unitarian church, and is one of the founding members of Alzheimer's Services of the capital area http://alzbr.org/history/.
