Over a year ago, my mom was diagnosed with leukemia. From the very beginning, our family was overwhelmed by the fear and uncertainty of what lay ahead. Thankfully, we were met with an incredible outpouring of support from friends, family, and even kind strangers who lifted us up during those dark days. Your messages, calls, and gestures meant the world to us and reminded us that we weren’t alone in this fight.

Despite all the support and treatment she has received, her leukemia has progressed. Doctors have recommended a new course of treatment using trial medications that give her hope—but these medications are not fully covered by insurance. The cost is substantial, and we are reaching out to our community for help with the cost for the trail for the next two years.

We are asking for donations to help cover the cost of these life-saving trial treatments, so that my mom can continue to fight and have the chance at recovery. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to giving her the care she needs.
