I’m raising funds for my mom who was diagnosed with AML Leukemia at the end of May. She immediately was no longer able to work her job as a nurse upon her diagnosis. She is currently on her third round of chemotherapy treatments with her cancer cells declining with each round of treatment. Praise God!! Once she has received remission AML has a high risk of relapse so she will need a bone marrow transplant to make relapse much less likely to occur. She has to have dental approval first with required teeth extractions that are not covered by her insurance. The transplant also requires her to stay a month in the hospital and then two months at a hotel in Columbus to be near the hospital. Total of 100 days in Columbus. She’s required to have a caregiver which will be myself so I had to leave my job as a preschool teachers aide. We are asking for help to fund the hotel, dental bills, gas, and food. Mom has been able to keep her spirits and faith high and we don’t want her to have to stress about paying bills! Prayers are also greatly appreciated!!
