During Hurricane Beryl a very large tree fell into mom and dads house. This has caused major damages to the roof, exterior wall, laundry room and the upstairs. They are currently not staying in the house and we are not sure when the repairs, which will be more like reconstruction with the amount of damage, will be finished, but it is projected that they will not be back before 2025.

The repairs are going to be extensive, the brick wall was knocked off of the foundation and will have to be taken down and replaced. The laundry room and about half of the kitchen are a total loss and have to be taken to the studs before rebuilding. The upstairs of the house has to be redone, for the looks of it the walls shifted when the tree hit, and there is a hole in one of the bedroom walls from the impact.
