Hearing their story inspired me so much the reason why I set up this gofundme to help them get through this difficult time of their lives. Their story is of resilience, faith, and patience. It shows how love and prayer endures and conquers. How family and community plays a vital role in someone else's battle to succeed.

Hi, my name is Charlie. I am reaching out to kind-hearted and compassionate people to help me raise funds to help my friend Molly from the Philippines who is currently in the hospital and underwent brain surgery caused by an accidental fall last December 12, 2025. He hit his head hard on the floor and suffered stroke. He was alone that time inside their room. During the span of time he experienced seizures which caused him hit his head multiple times, this resulted to bleeding and large blood clot in his brain that put him on a comatose state.

With their families, friends and even strangers all come together to offer financial support and prayers he was able to undergo Decompressive Hemicraniectomy Left or Decompressive Evacuation of Hematoma surgery. This operation alone cost $5,600.00. Through families and friends, his wife was able to raise $1,500.00 thru donations and solicitations that help cover the partial cost of surgery.

Indeed the power of prayers really works! He surpassed all the expectations doctors mentioned to his wife about the possible out come of the operation (50-50 survival chances, possible paralysis on right side if not all of his body, vegetable state, and amnesia or lost of memories). But guess what? He woke up, opened his eyes and started moving his hands and feet just 1hr after he left the OR where his surgeon gave heads up that she might see very low to no response from him in the next 24-48hrs post surgery and that he might not recognize her at all due to memory lost thus proving them all wrong!

Doctors and nurses were amazed of his will to survive. He has a very strong drive to make it. The 3 weeks stay in ICU became 12 days and was moved to a recovery room by Christmas eve to start his rehabilitation. His progress was very fast that they were told they can go home after new year.

His wife Bebe will be his primary caregiver. Due to his condition right now ( can't speak or eat yet and can't sit without support), his is dependent on NGT to eat. With this being said, his wife won't be able to get back to work yet since the children alone won't be able to care for him.

With 4 children, one is a toddler and with the current physical state of her husband, I can see the bravest, most determined and patient woman. Though she's putting a game-on face, I know how hard she endure with out complaining but the financial strain is starting to take a tool on her. Though their families are helping by soliciting money but that is not enough to pay the bill as the money collected goes to his medicines and laboratories.

Right now all their funds had already maxed out with daily medications and laboratory charges. Their running hospital bill as of this writing including all doctors' fees are now reaching if not almost then a million in PH peso currency.

Let's help bring Molly back home so he can see and spend new year with his children. This campaign will help pay his hospital bill and doctors fee so he can get home. The money also will help him with his therapy sessions and also will help his wife with their family essential living expenses like rent, foods, milk and basic needs while she focus on helping Molly to his recovery journey.
