Molly and Jamie are raising this fundraiser in loving memory of their sister, who tragically passed away after being stabbed. This loss has been sudden, heartbreaking, and impossible to put into words. No family should have to face this kind of pain, and right now all of their loved ones are trying to grieve while also carrying the weight of urgent expenses that come with such a devastating loss. In the middle of shock and sorrow, the family is doing their best to support one another and take things one day at a time.
- This fundraiser is being created to help cover cremation expenses and to support the family as they navigate the days ahead. Any help will give Molly and her family a little more room to focus on mourning, remembering, and being together during this incredibly difficult time. How you can help:
- Make a donation, if you are able
- Share this fundraiser with others
- Keep Molly and their family in your thoughts
Any support, donations, or shares would mean so much right now. Thank you for standing with Molly and Jamie's family, honoring their sister’s memory, and helping them through this painful loss.

Holly Luna, a woman who lived fully, felt deeply, and was far more complex than any single chapter of her story. Holly lived without rules or norms, carving her own path through a world that was rarely easy on her. She was a beautiful, chaotic whirlwind, and to understand the life she lived, we have to look at the whole picture—the immense love she carried, the heavy burdens she bore, and the illness she fought against.
Holly was, at her core, a deeply caring soul. She was the kind of person who would give her last twenty dollars to a friend in need, even if it meant she would go without. She loved fiercely and she loved everyone, even when she struggled to show it gently. It is true that she couldn’t always hold her tongue; she spoke her mind plainly, and her intensity could be overwhelming. But that intensity came from a place of raw passion and an illness she did not choose.
Holly suffered from bipolar disorder, navigating vast oceans of emotion that most of us will never fully understand. Her life was shaped by a rough beginning—born into a world where her biological father refused to claim her and her twin sister, raised by a mother who poured every ounce of energy just to put food on the table once a day. At 11 Holly and her family were shattered when her stepfather, the man she truly considered her dad despite his extreme strictness, tragically took his own life. She was born into a storm, and she fought the winds her entire life.
Because of this, we must speak the truth about her struggles with addiction. Holly did not choose drugs over her children. She loved her children with every fabric of her being. What she had was an illness—a desperate attempt to find an anchor in a life that had been turbulent from the very start. She also loved her cousin Tasha and her other sister Jamie
I know some of you might be carrying a heavy heart—not just because she is gone, but because of how things left off. You might be feeling guilty for the hard words spoken, the texts left unreplied, or the feeling that you didn't do enough to help her when things got tough. Please, let go of that weight. Holly's battles were massive, and the bridges that were burned were not a reflection of your lack of love, but a symptom of her profound pain and confusion. She loved you all as well, even when the illness made it impossible for her to build a steady path toward you.
Let us remember Holly for her generous heart, her unyielding spirit, and the moments of pure, unfiltered joy she brought into the world. She is finally free from the storm, free from the pain, and resting in a peace she so deeply deserved.
