Hello. My name is Moises. I arrived in the U.S. in March 2024 and am living with Corey and Shane in Springfield, Virginia. I am here on a humanitarian parole visa from Nicaragua.

While in the U.S., my goals are to learn English, support my family and take IT classes. I have taken two English courses and am working at a pet resort. I am loving my time in the U.S.

I am enrolling in IT courses at Northern Virginia Community College in this Spring. I have decided to get this opportunity and learn something about technology which will be useful when coming back to Nicaragua.

I am asking for your support because unfortunately I do not apply for financial aid because I have not been here for over a year. I am looking for scholarships at Nova.
