Moise, David's brother and my brother-in-law, is facing a difficult battle with cancer while living in a small village in Africa. Because of his illness, Moise is unable to work and provide for his wife and children. The family’s situation is made even harder by the poverty that surrounds them, making it impossible to pay his medical bills. In Cameroon, they have no medical insurance. All medical bills have to be paid by the family.

During a recent visit to Cameroon, we saw firsthand how Moise’s seven-person family is living together in a very small house, struggling to meet their daily needs and unable to finish building a proper home.

The most urgent need for Moise and his family is covering the mounting medical bills for his cancer treatment. Without access to reliable healthcare or income, these expenses have become overwhelming. Donations to this fundraiser will first and foremost help pay for Moise’s medical care, giving him a chance to fight his illness and easing the financial strain on his loved ones. Any additional support will go toward daily necessities for his wife and children, and help them finish their house so they can have a safer and more comfortable place to live.
