I am Ileana Rita Cosentino, artist based in London. On behalf of my best friends Mohammed Al Hamarna and Afnan Ghaben, I have created this fundraising.

'We need your support. Nothing is left in Gaza but your support and love to rebuild our life again.

All we need is a small amount that will provide us the basic amount to rebuild hour house and shop. To guarantee us psychological professional support and therapy urgently when a permanent ceasefire will be reached.

We need to be strong for our little Nasser. We need to be strong for each other. We love life and nothing will stop us from loving it even more.'

Here below our story:

Three years ago, Mohammed and Afnan's paths crossed. They fell in love and married in the beautiful Gaza. Their love bloomed with an angelic flower, Nasser, the most beautiful and sweet baby on earth.

Their life was simply beautiful and comfortable. A lovely modern house with all the essentials, a stunning gift shop in Jabalia brimming with roses flowers ribbons and perfumes, and many dreams for the future. The dream to continue their studies, to travel, to raise their child in a peaceful environment and world. The simplest and purest life dreamed by the simplest and purest souls.

But all of a sudden Mohammed and Afnan, their little Nasser, everyone in Gaza, lost everything. Life became hell. Uncertainty and fear a roof on their head. Losses, terror, death, screams, blood the worst companions on a daily basis. Traumas and humiliations, two conditions they are forcibly subjected every day for nine months now.

Their house has been bombed. Their beautiful shop, bombed. Their stability, bombed. Their beloved ones, martyred.

What is left is hope and faith. And love.

And your support.

For eight times they have been forced to evacuate and find shelters in UNRWA centres and tents. They are now living in the desert, under a nylon and plastic tent. No drinking water close to them nor fresh food. No privacy nor fresh air. The temperatures are extreme and to breathe is impossible. No cooling, no shadow. Just the sun above and the sand underneath. The drones and war planes all around.

The Rafah crossing border to Egypt has been destroyed and no truck with humanitarian aid enter Gaza. The prizes of the few food left are unimaginable.

There is no gas available, only expensive wood you have to burn under the sun. The heat is unbearable. The smoke pervades every parts of your lungs and body. Afnan has been suffering from asthma and short breathing for nine months already.

But despite everything they keep smiling and loving. They keep hoping and believing this will end soon and life will be beautiful and peaceful again.

After all, how can't you keep loving life when your son looks at you this way? How could a mother and a father give up on their little angel when his heart beats for life?
