I am Myriam Cauvin, a French citizen. I am trying to raise funds to help my friend Mohammad Jendaya and his family.

I have been in contact with Mohammad for several months, several times a week.

The funds will be used to provide them with the basic life necessities : food, water, hygiene, health expenses, clothes.

"Hello good people of the world, my name is Mohammad Jendaya and I need your help and your support so my family and I can survive the war. In your hands, you have the power to change things for us and with us.

I’m not much of a social media person. But I have no other choice but to try and reach out to you,

hoping that you will not ignore my call.

For a year now, my family and I are experiencing the worst times of our lives.

No home. No job (I used to work in a restaurant), no income, no food, no water.

I am not calling you for my own sake. But for the sake & survival of my family

I have a family of 12 members

My parents, my wife, my siblings, my nieces and nephews

We evacuated from our neighborhood in the North of Gaza to Deir-El-Balah in the south, and walked 10 kilometers on foot to seek shelter and safety.

We now live in a tent, in a camp of refugees.

The living conditions are atrocious and very dangerous for the most vulnerable members of my family : my parents who are old and the children of my siblings who are very young.

And today I feel powerless and desperate because I cannot provide them with the basic necessities of life, or even survival.

We are suffering and not living like normal humans. Our new home is a nylon tent. Our former home in the North is destroyed and inhabitable. We don't have the money to even fix it after the war.

We don't even have money to survive in this war.

Me and my family kindly ask you to help us for food, water, hygiene and health expenses - especially for our children because the life in tents is very difficult.
