I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friend, Natsumi Mori, Mochi’s mom. Below are her words about Mochi, shared from the heart.

Mochi is my 9-year-old poodle and my emotional support animal. He has been my constant companion through some of the hardest moments of my life, always by my side with quiet comfort, loyalty, and unconditional love. When I’m overwhelmed or anxious, Mochi instinctively knows how to calm me — his presence alone brings me peace and stability.

Right now, Mochi needs my help. He has been diagnosed with a serious gallbladder condition and requires a cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal surgery). This surgery is necessary to relieve his pain and prevent life-threatening complications. Without it, his condition could worsen quickly.

The cost of this surgery and post-operative care is more than I can afford on my own. I’m asking for help so Mochi can receive the care he needs and continue living a comfortable, happy life — and so I don’t have to face losing the one who has helped me through so much.

Any donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward Mochi’s surgery and recovery. If you’re unable to donate, sharing Mochi’s story would mean the world to us.
