Support Mochi's Recovery and Keep Him with Banana

Mochi is our handsome tabby cat. Mochi was rescued 3 years ago at 5 weeks in San Antonio, Texas, and has since been the family baby, until his brother Banana came into the picture, and that’s when Mochi and Banana became best friends. Mochi has been healthy, loved and cared for, and randomly he got a UTI 2 months ago. He has been struggling with UTIs on and off since then. He has been to the vets, he's had all the shots and pills, and now he's worse. We discovered after a 4th vet visit that he has a blocked urethra. While not uncommon, it's extremely expensive and scary.

Me and my wife are 20 years old and trying to start our lives in a home, so we can’t afford the overnight hospital fees. My wife and I both work full time jobs on base and we still can’t afford the vet fees. We desperately want to save our baby and have to come to a hard decision to either, put him down, drown in debt at the age of 20 or hope he survives and pulls through this life threatening medical emergency. He hasn’t had any past medical issues, so to hear that he has gone from having a small but manageable UTI, to the possibility of losing him within a few hours has been devastating. He is bonded with the orange cat, Banana, and we aren't sure one would go without the other. Anything helps. Our family thanks you for your time!
