Hi! Thank you for checking out this GFM. I'm raising these funds to help cover some emergency vet bills for my dog, Mochi.

Mochi is my entire world, and she recently had a scary collapse incident that led to her staying overnight in an emergency vet. Several tests later we've learned that she has a heart murmur that requires an ECG from a specialized cardiologist, as well as some irritation in her lungs and pneumonia.

I've just moved and are now facing moving again almost immediately so my savings are pretty low, and because she's a senior dog it's almost impossible to find reasonable pet insurance for her, so I've had to pay this out of pocket on a credit card. The funds raised would cover the current emergency vet bill balance as well as the estimated cost of her cardiologist appointment/ECG scan and additional vet fees from her regular vet. Any funds left over would either be used to continue to support her new medications cost or donated to a local animal rescue organization.
