Hi,

My name is Israel and this is Mocha, one of two perfect little babies who warm our home and ours hearts. Mocha is a Chihuahua-Dachsund mix and has been a sweet, but crazy lapdog her entire life. I've had her since she was 3 months old and I've loved her from the first moment we met.

Mocha required emergency life-saving surgery for Pyometra recently. If you've ever been told that a pet you love so much is about to die unless you can come up with thousands of dollars on the spot, you will understand the stress and heartache that goes along with that. We did everything that we could to gather the money from multiple sources and luckily, Mocha is now recovering well and is once again full of energy and cuddles, providing love and laughter in our household.

She was worth every penny; however, this has caused a great financial burden as we poured every possible cent to make sure our baby was taken care of and made healthy once again. Our goal of $7000 will help offset the balance of the costs of the surgery and medications she was put on.
