Hello everyone,
Some of you have had the pleasure of meeting my pit, Moca. Recently, after a visit to my veterinarian I found out that Moca will need surgery and I am asking for your support.
Meet Moca, my 7-year-old 'Pitorican' (pit mix) and the absolute heart of my home. For the past seven years, Moca has been my shadow and my greatest comfort, especially during my own surgeries. She is the kind of dog who greets everyone with a wagging tail and an immediate case of the 'zoomies' the moment she's pet.
It is heartbreaking to see her struggle now. Moca was recently diagnosed with a torn cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) and urgently needs TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) surgery to stabilize her knee. Without it, she can’t do the things she loves—like hiking, chasing squirrels, or her absolute favorite: playing tug-of-war.
TPLO is a specialized procedure that will allow her to walk without chronic pain, but the cost of the surgery and the 8–12 week recovery period is more than I can handle alone. Moca's surgery is scheduled for March 17, 2026. The $2,837 estimate covers:

Every donation, no matter the size, goes directly toward Moca’s medical bills. If you aren’t able to donate, sharing this link would mean the world to us. Thank you for helping my sweet girl get back on her feet and back to her "zoomies"!
