Support MN LEMA: Honoring Fallen Officers
Donation protected
This year on April 12th, I’m taking on my biggest running challenge yet, a 51-mile trail ultramarathon, with over a mile of elevation change. I’ve made the decision to run it in honor of the officers who lost their lives in the line of duty in 2024.
2024 was a tragic year for Minnesota Law Enforcement; far too many officers gave their lives for their communities.
MN Law Enforcement Memorial Association (LEMA) is an organization that goes above and beyond to help the families of officers who made the ultimate sacrifice, providing them with the services they deserve and helping along the way in any way possible. It’s an organization that I’m grateful to be a part of, as of August of 2024, on the Honor Guard.
MN LEMA has a motto, “The best we can do, is the least we can do.”
Without the help of donors, it would make providing honors for our fallen officers incredibly difficult.
With that, I ask if you have the ability to provide to an incredible organization, it would be more than appreciated.
This year I will be running in honor of:
• Matthew Ruge (Burnsville PD)
• Paul Elmstrand (Burnsville PD)
• Adam Finseth (Burnsville FD)
• Jamal Mitchell (Minneapolis PD)
• Kevin Grossheim (Nat. Park Service)
• Jesse Branch (Red Lake Tribal PD)
