My name is Melissa “MJ” Rios. I am thrilled to announce that made it to Team USA for the upcoming Dodgeball World Championships this August in Graz, Austria

Dodgeball is a passion of mine that changed my life more than 13 years ago. I’ve played both recreationally and competitively ever since, and I’ve arrived at this incredible point in my dodgeball journey. I am so honored and excited to be on this adventure. Playing at the Dodgeball World Championship truly is a dream come true.

Because dodgeball is a still growing sport here in the US sponsorships are difficult to come by, therefore the financial burden falls on the players individually to cover expenses such as international airfare, accommodations, meals, and training costs for the week-long tournament. This endeavor will require significant investment.
