This fundraiser is for a female Bernese Mountain Dog named Mikel. Mikel is the craziest, sweetest, happiest dog i know!

MJ is Mikel's Mom. Last week MJ got the devastating news that Mikel needed ACL surgery and also has a torn meniscus that needs repaired .(Canine Cruciate TPLO Surgery).

MJ has dedicated her life to animals in need. They didn't always fit in her tiny house...... But when no one else would take them, she did. She loves her animals fiercely.

I am her best friend, Monica. MJ'S daughter (Skye Jo) and I, have felt led to create this page to help MJ offset the expenses of the surgery for her playful giant.

If you know MJ, she has researched all options possible. She has been doing red light & laser therapy, supplements, and homeopathy. Unfortunately, surgery is the only option left.

Please, only if you feel led, consider donating to Mikel's surgery. If you cannot help financially, pray for MJ & Mikel as they go through this tough time. After the surgery there will be a twelve week recovery time. Pray for healing & sanity as MJ will have to be with her 24/7.
