Hello,

My family and I recently received heartbreaking news—our beloved cat, Mittens, has cancer. She has been a part of our lives for 15 wonderful years, bringing us endless love and comfort.

On January 24, 2025, we took her to the vet for what we thought was a minor issue—constipation. Instead, we discovered a mass in her abdomen. She has since been diagnosed with large cell lymphoma. The cancer has caused fluid to build up in her lungs, making it difficult for her to breathe. She has already undergone two procedures to drain the fluid and is now receiving chemotherapy.

Despite everything, Mittens is still full of love and resilience. She’s fighting hard, and we’re doing everything we can to give her the care she needs. However, the costs of her biopsy, chemotherapy, and ongoing treatments have been overwhelming.
