I'm April Withers. On September 18 my husband, Mitch, had a stroke which left him not able to use his right side. He started therapy soon after and then about 2 days into therapy he had blood clots in his lungs and legs. Had to be life flighted to Spokane for surgery and such. Pneumonia set in a couple times also. He is doing better health wise but still unable to use his right side. Never did we think would happen. We are in therapy again, still in Spokane. Our house needs some upgrades to accommodate wheelchairs, bathroom remodeling and so forth. Many have us out so far on meals, extra cash (which has helped tremendously). Thank you!! He will be out of work for who knows how long.

I have a hard time asking for help but we are in need of some help. Anything is appreciated. Thank you for all the support and love that has been shown so far.
