It’s with a heavy heart that I share the sad news that Mitch Steinberg passed away yesterday.

Mitch hadn’t been feeling well and went to the hospital for issues related to his heart and high blood sugar. After running tests, the hospital decided to keep him overnight. Sadly, he passed away yesterday morning.

His family is aware of his passing and is working through the next steps during this difficult time.

I'm reaching out on behalf of my dear friend, Mitch Steinberg, who is going through one of the most challenging times of his life.

In February, Mitch suffered a heart attack caused by hereditary heart issues. He underwent heart surgery, which thankfully saved his life. While we are grateful he's still with us, the journey to full recovery has been slow and uncertain.

Due to his condition, Mitch has not yet been medically cleared to return to work. As someone who has always been hardworking, this forced medical emergency has been incredibly difficult—not just physically and emotionally, but also financially.

He’s now facing mounting medical bills from his surgery and daily living expenses (like rent, utilities, and food) with no income. The stress of financial pressure is making recovery even more complicated.
