Kia Ora, my name is Mitch Spencer, and I’m incredibly humbled to have been nominated to attend the Aspiring Leaders Forum on Faith and Values this August 2025 in Wellington, New Zealand. This event brings together young leaders from across Aotearoa to explore the foundations of meaningful leadership through faith, values, service, and community. It offers a life-changing experience combining time with Members of Parliament at the Parliament House in the capital city of New Zealand, Wellington. The forum involves leadership presentations, mentoring, community service, and seminars designed to strengthen personal and practical leadership skills.

I am honored by this opportunity and see it as a pivotal step in my growth as a leader. I believe the forum will deepen my understanding of what it truly means to lead with integrity, purpose, and heart. It will not only build on my current experiences and passions, but also challenge me to develop in areas I have yet to explore.
