We are friends of Mitch Proctor. As many of you know, our dear friend Mitch Proctor has been courageously battling cancer. Mitch was diagnosed last year with stage 4 esophageal cancer, which has spread to his bones and other organs. He has undergone multiple surgeries and procedures, including radiation and chemotherapy. He has been in and out of the hospital, lost 60 lbs, and is currently only taking nourishment through a feeding tube. He is enduring significant pain, and the prognosis is uncertain, but his spirits remain—in typical Mitch fashion!

He and his wife Marchelle have both had to leave their work due to his illness and the required care. This has been particularly hard as they are also contending with large medical bills, and they are the primary caregivers for their 17-year-old grandson.

We are reaching out in this manner to help raise some money to assist Mitch and Marchelle with their medical bills and basic family bills during this difficult time.

Any gift, large or small, would be greatly appreciated. They are a family of faith, and prayers are likely the most welcome gift of all!
