My dear friend Missy Kerr (Michelle Roberts) was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal stage 4 breast cancer. She is on week 8 of 20 chemotherapy treatments. After chemo, she’ll undergo a double mastectomy and then radiation. Anyone who knows Missy, knows she’s a hard worker and will head back to school next week. However, her doctor has warned her the next treatments are going to get more intense and will compromise her immune system. The doctor has strongly recommended that she not work the last 8 weeks of chemotherapy. I’ve started this Go Fund Me to support her through unforeseen medical bills, lost wages and anything else she may need during this difficult process.
