My cousin Missy and children Ava and Jack recently lost their beloved husband & father, Rich, to cancer after a brave battle. His passing leaves them with an understandably large void, along with the many family and friends who loved Rich dearly.

Rich served our country in the army before serving the City of Dayton Police Dept for over 30 years as a detective specializing in hostage negotiation and human trafficking. He was of the best of us.

Rich's loss also leaves his family with financial need in outstanding medical bills and day-to-day expenses that are now Missy's sole responsibility to provide for the family while they continue into this new chapter without Rich. The road ahead is a long one, but it is through the love and support of family and friends that will help them along their journey.
