Our beloved Miss Jackie is battling stage 3 triple negative breast cancer, six months of chemotherapy, two surgeries, radiation and needs our help. I've had the privilege of knowing Jackie for over 20 years. We started as colleagues, and over time, she became one of my closest friends. I’ve seen firsthand her incredible dedication as a teacher, mother, and friend. Jackie is one of the most selfless, hardworking people I know. She gives her all to everything she does, always with enthusiasm, thought, and passion.

Jackie has always been the person others turn to, the one who steps up to help without question, even when it means putting her own needs aside. Now, it’s our turn to be there for her.

Due to a compromised immune system, Jaclyn is unable to work, and for someone as dedicated as her, this has been a difficult decision. If there were any way she could continue working, she would. Trust me, I've had these conversations with her, reminding her that she needs to think of herself for once, as her health and recovery must come first.

The costs of medical care and essential medications are substantial, and Jaclyn is facing these challenges without the ability to work, and the loss of her income. We have the chance now to support her as she has supported so many of us over the years. Any contribution, big or small, will make a difference in helping Jackie through this difficult time.

Jackie is a fighter, and with our help, she can focus on what matters most: her health and well-being.

Ms. Jaclyn Riesz has been an incredible leader of my Royale Ballet Competition Company for 4 years. Her dedication, work ethic and expertise has played a huge role in building the school in general. Ms. Jaclyn inspires us with her strength and resilience but unfortunately her cancer treatment has impacted her ability to consistently be teaching and working. Her immune system has been hugely compromised by her treatment.

We want to support her through this challenging time. The medical bills and cost of living are a burden to her now. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help her focus on recovery so that she can continue to shape lives through Dance.

Ms. Jaclyn is also a single mom and working her day time teaching job as well as her dance instruction at Royale Ballet Dance Academy. Thank you for helping us give back to someone who has given so much to our community.
