The Miss Ebon Committee is immensely proud to announce that Ebon Atoll, the southernmost jewel of the Ralik Chain, will be represented at the Miss Marshall Islands 2026 Pageant by Kano Korlynn Balos, who has been selected as our Miss Ebon 2026.
Ebon has long been celebrated for its lush landscapes and rich history—immortalized in the legend of Lijakkwe, whose radiant charm is said to be the source of our spectacular sunset colors. Kano embodies that same captivating spirit and strength. As a Foreign Service Officer, a dedicated national athlete (2025 Mini Pacific Games), and a proud UH Mānoa alumna, she represents the brilliance and resilience of the modern Marshallese woman.
Through this platform, Kano is determined to advocate for Marshallese youth, champion our vibrant cultural traditions, and honor Ebon’s historic legacy. However, bringing the beauty of Ebon to the national stage is a community effort, and we invite you to be a vital partner in her journey.
We are actively seeking sponsors and donations to help cover essential pageant-related costs. Your financial or in-kind support will directly assist with custom traditional attire, daily wear, accessories, parade float expenses, and other logistical needs. By partnering with us, you are not only supporting an extraordinary young woman's advocacy but also ensuring that Ebon’s rich heritage shines brightly for all to see.
Komol tata in advance! We extend our deepest gratitude for your generosity, monetary donations, and support in sharing Kano's journey with the world.
