Hello! My name is Precious Foreman! I am excited to share that I am competing in the Miss Black USA Talented Teen Nationals pageant this August, representing Maryland! My year as Miss Black Maryland Talented Teen has been amazing, and winning the National title would give me a full-ride scholarship and allow me to make a larger impact with my platform, E.M.B.R.A.C.E, Empowering Minority Boys (and Girls) to Read, Achieve, and Cultivate Excellence.
