Support Mishaela's Heart Journey

Hi, my name is Mike, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and a deep love for my precious baby girl, Mishaela.

On August 21, 2024, Mishaela was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS), a rare and serious congenital heart defect where the left side of her heart is small and underdeveloped. From the moment we heard those words, we knew her journey would be challenging, but we also knew we would do everything in our power to give her a fighting chance.

Since birth, Mishaela has undergone two major heart surgeries and countless procedures to keep her heart functioning and blood flowing throughout her body. Most recently, she had a complicated surgery to reconstruct her small aorta and several arteries in order to reroute blood to where it needs to go. Despite all the medical efforts and the incredible team of doctors and nurses who are doing everything they can, her road to recovery is still long, and we face many more hurdles ahead.

As we continue to navigate the complexity of her condition and the numerous hospital visits, we find ourselves asking for help. The whole situation is overwhelming, and we are doing everything we can to keep up, but the financial burden is starting to take a toll on our family. Every dollar raised will go toward helping us be there for Mishaela until she is strong enough to come home.

More than anything, I just want to be there for her, to hold her in my arms and see her thrive, but we need your support to make that possible. Your generosity will not only help us get through this difficult time, but it will also help us keep hope alive for a brighter future for Mishaela.
