Support Mischa's Journey to a New Service Dog
Donation protected
Hello everyone, my name is Mischa Bolden.
Some of you may know that I had a previous service dog named Splinter. I have had Splinter for about 4 years. He was an amazing service dog that helped me with hearing and anxiety. But on April 15th, 2025, Splinter had to be put to sleep due to health issues. He will be missed deeply. I would like another service dog.My choice of service dog is a Goldendoodle.
My next service dog would be a multi purpose service dog. I have hearing impairment and cerebral palsy as my disabilities. Therefore, the dog will be trained as a hearing and mobility service dog. For hearing tasks, the dog would be able to alert me on the following tasks: household alarms, ringing doorbell/knocking and name calling to get my attention. For the mobility tasks due to my cerebral palsy, the dog would provide balance support and counterbalance.
Your donations will help with the purchase of the puppy ($2,000),the puppy training classes ($430), service dog training classes ($600), vet expenses the first year, and gear. Thank you from the bottom of my heart so much for your generous donations.
By donating to Supporting Mischa’s Journey to a New Service Dog you are helping me to become one step closer to me achieving my goal. If you are unable to donate, sharing my campaign with your friends and family can also have a huge impact.
