Support Miriam Sanchez After Hate Crime Attack

I am Alfonso, and I am raising money on behalf of Miriam Sanchez. Miriam provides cleaning services for my family and is well known in our community as she has supported many of our neighbors over the years. She is a truly hardworking and wonderful person. We are lucky to have her with us. She is always taking the time go the extra mile and add special touches like placing my son's stuff animals in playful positions for him when he comes home.

In the past month, Miriam was the victim of a hate crime where she was attacked outside the steps of her house by her neighbor, where she suffered an injury and had her phone broken. The assailant (on top of her) has a history of harassment and abuse, and has been especially emboldened in our current political climate.

Thankfully, a restraining order was put in place, and Miriam will have her day in court this July to plead her case.

We are seeking support to help contribute to covering her medical and legal fees plus the cost to replace her phone, which was broken in the attack. All proceeds will be given directly to Miriam.
