my name is miranda pagan my son Noah, and I have been living in the shelter for the past six months in New York, while we are waiting to transition to our apartment my goal has been to purchase a vehicle that I will not have to finance to be able to travel safe safely and not have to rely on public transportation any longer and to transition into our apartment.
