Support Mirabelle: PCD Awareness Month
Tax deductible
October is PCD awareness month! Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia is a rare disorder caused by genetic mutations that affect the tiny hairline cilia in the lungs, nose and ears, impairing their ability to remove germs and pollutants, and allowing mucus buildup and infection.
There have been HUGE advancements in diagnosis and treatment for PCD in the last 20 years thanks to funding for research. AND, even bigger advancements are currently under way. Advancements only possible through generous funding. I'm raising money to benefit PCD Foundation, and any donation will help make an impact.
The PCD (Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia) Foundation seeks to promote research, increase public awareness, and provide information and support services for individuals with inherited ciliary disorders and their caregivers.
Our Mirabelle has PCD. You can help us celebrate our child’s strength and bring awareness to PCD through a donation. Thank you in advance for your contribution- our family appreciates your support!!!
