On June 28th, 2025, we’ll be coming together for the 5th annual Minneapolis People’s Pride celebration. We recognize that 2025 has not been the easiest for our community so far, but celebrating queer joy and resistance is more important than ever.

We’ve been planning the 2025 People’s Pride for several months and we are excited to expand the event throughout the entire park, with more activities, performances, and free spaces for friends and neighbors to come together. A People’s Pride of this scale can’t be a success without the generosity of our community and our allies. This year, our expected costs are $20,000 to ensure we can provide a fun and safe People’s Pride for the Minneapolis queer community.

Here’s a quick breakdown of what your donation will go to:

$4,000 to pay queer, BIPOC Musicians + associate sound & stage costs
$3,000 for food to make sure nobody goes hungry this pride
$5,000 to help cover fees for installations, activities and vendors from LGBTQ+ creatives
$5,000 for various fees & permits necessary for a successful event
$3,000 to cover miscellaneous expenses to ensure everyone can enjoy People's Pride

Minneapolis People’s Pride isn’t possible without you: the people! At a time when corporations are showing their true colors we're proud to defy oligarchs who put profits ahead of the wellbeing of queer people and our communities.
