From November 23 to January 12, I visited ministries in western Kenya, where I saw many churches with urgent needs. Over the course of 50 days, 40 people were baptized. Representatives of 15 congregations told me about their need for Bibles, hymnals, building expansions, and vehicles.
On my next trip, I need your help to meet those needs of our Kenyan brothers (three congregations need new buildings!) and to visit ministries in Uganda which I was prevented from visiting on the first trip. The Kenyan churches are growing rapidly!
The next trip will last only three weeks. Funds are needed to rent a vehicle, hire a guide, a translator, and a driver, and to cover hotel and fuel expenses.
Incredible work is happening in western Kenya's churches, schools, orphanages, and prisons! I’ve seen firsthand that the spiritual harvest in Kenya is ripe. The body of Christ there needs trained leaders who will carry the gospel into all the world. Kenya and Uganda are at a pivotal crossroads in the ongoing struggle between Christianity and Islam. Your support will help the truth prevail and empower churches there to thrive. Thank you.
