Mindy is my dear friend, and she’s facing one of the toughest battles anyone can imagine. She was first diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer, a diagnosis that turned her world upside down. Mindy bravely went through months of chemotherapy and radiation, holding onto hope and fighting with everything she had. After finishing her treatment, we all hoped for good news. But just six months later, Mindy received the devastating update that her cancer had returned. This time, it’s stage 4 and has spread to her spine, pelvis, and possibly her lungs.

This news has been heartbreaking for Mindy and everyone who loves her. Despite the pain and uncertainty, she continues to show incredible strength and determination. But the challenges she faces aren’t just medical—they’re financial, too. The costs of ongoing treatment, transportation to and from appointments, and keeping up with basic utilities are overwhelming.
