On November 3, 2020 the world lost a great man, husband, father, friend and neighbor. Milton (Jay) Payne was a long time resident of Reisterstown, where he and his wife, Carol ran their business, Main Street Embroidery. Jay was a member of Ionic Lodge 145, Reisterstown, MD. He was a Mason since 1984. Past Master of the Masonic Lodge. A member of American Legion Post 116 and Sons of the Legion Squadron 116. Bucs Club - a life time member.
He was also a Veteran - serving in the Air Force as a K9 trainer here and overseas in Vietnam where they protected the fuel pumps. 

Carol and Jay were always together since 1987. True soul mates and never expecting to be separated so soon. Jay was taken from us way too soon due to cardiac arrest. They lost two sons together throughout the years, James and Scott. Their daughter, Missy and her family have been helping Carol through this tough time but Carol really needs your assistance financially. Anything that you can donate will go to helping her pay for her home so she doesn't lose it, medications that she needs to survive, and living expenses.
