I got Milo for my autistic son when he was just 6 weeks old, and he has been such a joy to have in my home. My cat is just as spoiled as my son; both get whatever they want and are given an immense amount of love, and in Milo's case, extra Fancy Feast.

Today, March 7th, Milo broke his front right paw. What happened was that Milo has this bird feeder that he always likes to stare at, except this day Milo happened to get a little too ambitious and aimed to catch one of the birds. Unfortunately, Milo slipped and fell from my balcony, fracturing his leg. When it happened, he immediately ran for help and was hopping around while keeping the injured paw close to his chest, angled. My heart instantly broke for my cat; he was in so much pain and was meowing, crying, and shedding a couple of tears. The scene of my cat broke my heart, and so we immediately took Milo to an urgent care near us, where I was only able to provide him with pain medication and do a consultation.

Currently, he is sleeping with the medication, and unfortunately, it is recommended that he stay in his carrier and not eat big meals; only treats. I'm currently not in a good financial position at the moment to pay for the proper treatment like his x-rays, sedation, cast, oxygen, etc. Anything will help, and I appreciate anyone taking the time to read this.
