Hi, my name is Christian. I’d never imagine myself in this position but it has come to the point where I need your help for my sweet girl Milly. I rescued Milly 2 weeks before my sophomore year of college when she was only 2 months old and she just turned 8yo earlier this week.

Recently Milly was diagnosed with a retinal detachment that is causing blood to constantly fill her eye, build pressure, and give her migraine-level pain. It's impossible to know exactly when this happened as there is no tumor, no trauma, no sign of glaucoma, etc. but nonetheless it happened. She's being brave, hiding the pain, and still helping me to train our new 8mo Pitbull puppy all while dealing with the adjustment to becoming blind in one eye and being in constant pain.

Milly and I are a few thousand into diagnosing her eye and have a substantial amount more to go in order to cover the eye enucleation surgery that she needs. Please help me to help my girl and stop her pain with as much or as little as you can. There is no question about it; Milly is my soulmate dog. She's saved my life and has been there for me more times than I can count. I owe her everything and am working hard to get her the help she needs and give her the best life I can give her.
