Hello I am Cora, I am opening this gofundme fundraiser in order to raise money to help pay for the costs of surgeries for our sweet girl, Millie. February 20th, 2025 she dashed out into the street escaping my efforts to grab her as a car was speeding down and evidently Millie was hit. Luckily, and we are grateful, her injuries aren’t the worst they could’ve been, but the accident did cause damage to her back leg resulting in her needing surgery to make her back leg comfortable for her to use, and also damage to her front teeth resulting in her needing to have them extracted. I am a college student and I am using what little I have in order to pay for what I can, but we do need help funding the costs of the surgeries. The surgery for her back leg would include going in and cutting off a piece of the bone so that there isn’t any friction which could affect her later on down the line. The costs of this would range from around $3k-$6k. As for the extraction of her teeth would roughly cost $2k+. Plus the emergency care cost which is $2k as well.
