Hi everyone, my name is Lilly, and I’m here asking for help during one of the hardest moments.

My sweet cat Millie is fighting for her life right now. Yesterday, she suddenly stopped eating and drinking… and then began throwing up. After rushing her to the emergency vet, we found out she has a piece of string lodged in her intestines. The only way to save her is emergency surgery, along with X-rays and bloodwork.

The total cost: $6,000.

Millie is in pain, she’s dehydrated, and she’s getting worse by the hour. Without surgery, she won’t make it. She’s our entire world (along with our Dally boy) — and it’s killing us to see her suffer.

To make everything even harder…

My gf was let go from her job just two days before Thanksgiving.

And on top of that, we just moved from New Hampshire to Virginia, so we don’t have a support system here yet. No family nearby, no close friends to lean on — it’s just us trying to hold everything together for Millie & Dallas.

I’m doing everything I can, but the timing, the cost, and my gf losing her job all at once has put us in an impossible situation. I would never ask for help unless I truly needed it — and right now, this is our last hope.
