Sgt. Joseph Clemens Feser passed away on August 17th, 2024 in a motor vehicle accident, the day before his 22nd birthday. He had just returned from deployment in Syria for Operation Inherent Resolve the day before on August 16th.
Joseph touched countless lives with his genuine kindness, infectious laughter, and unconditional love. His personality was one that you could never forget and his voice was unmistakable.
His loss has left an indescribable void in our hearts. It was a blessing to be a part of his life. As we grieve, we also celebrate the remarkable life he led and the lasting impact he made in our lives. We will remember him as a fun-loving young man with a beaming smile and a big heart.
When Joseph returned home from Syria, he had a well-thought-out plan for his future. He struggled with PTSD during his deployment and that made mental health a priority for him. He had planned to attend the University of Mary to pursue a degree in psychology, with the goal of becoming a Mental Health Specialist. He wanted to find a way to help others overcome challenges and to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. He had a dream of one day building a home for himself on the family farm in Glen Ullin.
Our sincere condolences go out to his parents Greg & Melissa and his sister Danielle. To all his friends, co-workers at Costco, and brothers in the Army, we are so sorry for your loss.
'Rabbit', you will have a special place here at Valley Borders and Borderline. You were truly one of a kind and I can't thank you enough for being a great friend to Trey, you were like another son to me.
Trey and I, (with permission from Joe's Parents), created this page to raise money and donate it in Joe's name to the
North Dakota National Guard Emergency Relief Fund. This will help military families in need in situations like this. We both think it's perfect as if the roles were reversed, Joe would've done the same thing.
PLEASE SHARE THIS PAGE WITH ALL YOUR FRIENDS, LETS HELP THOSE WHO NEED IT IN JOE'S NAME.
