Support Miles Nolan Tatum's Stroke Recovery
Donation protected

I'm raising funds for Miles Nolan Tatum, who suffered a life altering stroke at the age of 38. His family is in desperate need of financial assistance to begin the rehabilitation process, which is only possible with your help.
This message below is from his mother Danielle, who has been a longtime friend of mine for over 20 years. She will really need the community's generosity to help in financial assistance as Miles has recently suffered a tragic stroke, and the costs are astronomical.

Hi, my name is Danielle Tatum and I am the mother of Miles Nolan Tatum. My son Miles is a 38-year-old teacher who graduated from the University California, Santa Barbara, with a History major and has been a respected educator for over twelve years. Miles has been teaching in high school, middle school and special education. He is a caring, compassionate, and kind person and truly cares about educating our young people, and his students LOVE him! In his free time, Miles is a standup comedian, performing sets at local comedy clubs around Southern California and Orange County.
On March 17th, my young, vibrant and active son had a massive stroke and has been hospitalized at Cedars Sinai ever since. It is still a mystery as to how this happened, all of his teams of doctors are still trying to figure it out, but the doctors are saying his age is on his side for a full recovery. These extraordinary doctors have told me with the right occupational rehabilitation and physical therapy, Miles can get back to doing the things he loves like taking long drives up the coast, hiking, exercising, going to concerts, traveling and spending quality time with his family and wife. It will be a long and challenging road ahead of him, but the healthcare team has reassured me that he can be rehabilitated if he gets the right kind of care.
Our family would appreciate any donation, no matter how small, to help support Miles recovery at a qualified Rehabilitation center from this unfortunate medical tragedy.
Thank you to everyone for your support during this extremely difficult time.
