Hi everyone,

I'm organizing this fundraiser on behalf of our dear friends, The Zynel Family, who are facing something no parent should ever have to endure.

On June 28, 2025, their world changed forever. Their bright, kind, and brave 10-year-old daughter, Mila, was diagnosed with a very rare tumor wrapped around her spine. They are still learning more about her condition and the treatments that will be needed, but what’s already clear is that the road ahead will be long, emotional, and incredibly challenging.

Through all of this, Mila has shown strength beyond her years. She’s been comforting her parents, and staying hopeful. Her resilience is inspiring—but this journey is not one the Zynels should walk alone.

Why We’re Asking for Help

As you can imagine, the emotional toll has been enormous—and the financial burden is growing quickly. There will be many ongoing costs, including:

• Medical treatments and specialist care

• Imaging and diagnostics

• Extended Hospitalization

• Time away from work

• Unexpected living expenses

We’re coming together as friends, family, and a community to lift them up during this time. Every donation—no matter the size—will go directly to helping Mila and her family focus on what matters most: her health and healing.
