On Wednesday, May 5th, 2021, our coworker and friend, Milan Rouse, passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack. He was 42 years young.
Milan was married to his wife, Miah, for over 21 years and they have 6 amazing children ranging from 19 to 10 years old. Milan was a strong man of God, a devoted husband, and a proud and loving father to his children. His family was everything to him.
Those amazing qualities served him well as the Training Director at Chick-fil-A Germantown. He was part of our family as well, and many of our team members looked up to him as a father figure, mentor, and friend. Over the years, Milan's wife and three of his sons also worked for Chick-fil-A and their family is truly woven into the fabric of our store culture.
Our Chick-fil-A team has been raising money to support the family's ongoing financial needs. With the family's permission, we have created this gofundme to welcome our friends into offering support to Miah and her 6 amazing children as they adjust to life without Milan.
We have set an initial goal of $5,000 to help ease Miah's load so that she can spend as much time as possible being with her children. Thank you in advance for any donation and every prayer sent for this sweet family.
