Milagros Suarez was recently diagnosed with colon cancer after a colonoscopy and biopsy. The diagnosis came as a shock, and her health quickly declined, leading to a severe illness that left her hospitalized for many weeks. Without full insurance coverage, the mounting medical bills have become overwhelming, and she is now facing significant financial hardship. Milagros currently has minimal income and is using up her remaining savings just to keep up with the costs of her care.

Right now, Milagros is staying with us while she undergoes treatment, but both my husband and I work long hours and are rarely home. She needs a place of her own and a part-time caregiver to help her manage daily routines and maintain her dignity during this difficult time.
